These Terms of Service govern your use of DealScout AI and its AI-powered shopping research, product comparison, and buying-guide services. By using DealScout AI or purchasing a paid service, you agree to these Terms.
DealScout AI provides automated shopping research designed to help users compare products, prices, sellers, ratings, and other available shopping information.
Some features are available without charge. Other features, including the Full Buying Guide and subscription services where offered, require payment.
DealScout AI provides information and research assistance. It does not sell the third-party products appearing in buying guides and does not control third-party sellers, manufacturers, marketplaces, inventory, shipping, warranties, or product performance.
DealScout AI uses automated technologies and third-party information sources. Although the service is designed to provide useful results, AI-generated information and third-party product data may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Prices, ratings, review counts, specifications, sellers, promotions, and availability may change at any time. Users are responsible for confirming important information with the applicable seller or manufacturer before purchasing.
A paid Full Buying Guide provides personalized shopping research based on the information supplied by the customer and product information available to DealScout AI at the time the guide is generated.
Payment provides access to the DealScout AI research service and does not guarantee that a particular product will remain available, remain at a particular price, or satisfy every individual preference.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout.
If a paid DealScout AI service cannot be delivered because of a technical problem with our service, contact us using the contact information provided on the DealScout AI website so the issue can be reviewed.
Because personalized buying guides are generated for the individual customer, completed and successfully delivered buying guides are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
If DealScout AI offers a recurring subscription, the price and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase. Recurring charges continue according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already incurred, except where required by applicable law.
DealScout AI may use affiliate, referral, or sponsored links. We may receive compensation when users make qualifying purchases or take qualifying actions through those links. Where applicable, these relationships will be disclosed.
You may not misuse DealScout AI, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, interfere with the operation or security of the service, submit malicious code, use the service unlawfully, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
DealScout AI does not guarantee savings, product performance, availability, seller performance, or any particular purchasing outcome. The final purchasing decision and transaction are between the user and the applicable third-party seller.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DealScout AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every piece of third-party information will always be complete or current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DealScout AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or from transactions with third-party sellers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms as DealScout AI and its services change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
